I wanted to do another simple goodie bag that was also a gift for the recipient. The jelly beans are orange and licorice bulk candies that were chosen for their colors. The topper is a left over piece of card stock from Thursday's project. Rather than do someone complicated, I simply used two bulldog clips that have been covered in Halloween colored washi tape. The recipient gets to keep the bulldog clips for their own purposes once the candy is gone.

This project took a total of 5 minutes to complete and that time was spent covering the bulldog clips with washi tape.
