Today's card is a postcard that I sent out to a new pen pal. We met during the Barry Manilow on Broadway show at the St. James Theatre. The card is made with cold pressed watercolor paper. The background is a watercolor wash that has then been coated with ModPodge. The modeling paste was tinted with Dr Ph. Martin's Radiant Concentrated Water Colors. The paste was then pressed through a brass stencil by Dreamweaver stencils.
The letter carrier "ooh"ed when she picked it up with the mail. I hope my pen pal likes it as well.
