Today's pages in my NY Journal deal with one of my favorite sports--baseball. I am an avid baseball fan and I love to follow the National League. While in NYC, I follow the Mets. I have a habit of following bad baseball teams and sometimes I feel like I jinx every team that I follow. In Houston, I followed the Astros (which will probably be the losingest team in baseball this year). When I was in the Navy and while I going to school in the Midwest, I would follow the Cubs (which hasn't won a pennant in FOREVER). Now, I watch the losing Mets who just traded the Cy Young winning pitcher of 2012 to another team--right after I bought season tickets. Just my luck--thank goodness, I just like to watch baseball.
