| Salted Fruit |
This is a companion project to the one discussed yesterday. Simply substitute coarse Kosher salt for the sugar (using the exact same instructions and measurements). If you need the impact of a larger grain sugar, this is the look for you.

| Colored Salt |
For this project, I only needed one coat of adhesive/sugar. I chose to let some of the original fruit to show through.
